PHONE..... a contractor is stringing up a line that appears will head west of El Sargento from the local station at the tower.. This is phone line cable appears to be a 50-150 pair cable. This will either really diminish peoples speed/bandwidth even more or give telmex incentive to hook up the fiber feed. If someone is technical can you go get the details or if you speak Spanish and English but are not technical I can be there to ask the right questions to guestimate what is going to happen with these contractors. For people who want phone expansion their direction, you should find out the details if this is done with private money.
