Ros Oberlyn The first Carnaval parade is Sunday, Feb. 11: It starts from Calle Colegio Militar at about 5:30 p.m. and travels along the Malecón to Marquéz de León. The second parade is Monday, Feb. 12, and it travels in the reverse direction, starting at Marquéz de León. The third parade is Tuesday, Feb. 13, and it starts from Calle Colegio Militar.
