Its really nice and good to get your daily routines and they all look pretty much decent to have in. And also will make help you to remain consistant with your diet.

"Bandidos Restaurant" - new restaurant in El Sargento on the main street. Look for the cow skull on the door, sea side of the road. Great food, Italian subs, sushi, and more.
Cubetita special - 6 beers and appetizers for 100 pesos.
Happy hour daily from 6-7 with 2 for 1 Margaritas.
Three big screens with Sunday all day football, Monday night football, Soccer nearly all the time, and will take requests for a game if you have one. Help support our new businesses in town. Roberto is your host. Also try the hot cinnamon rolls and coffee every Saturday and Sunday morning. Delicious!! Personally recommended for something different by Giles and Andrea. He does windows too!

Any time you are traveling to La Paz or just for a nice day trip, stop at the El Triunfo Cafe for the BEST pizza just about anywhere. Mark, the proprietor, owned the Todos Santos Cafe and has done a beautiful job of remodeling one of the classic buildings in El Triunfo. They also serve great salads and sell yummy sweet baked goods and rustic style breads. It is worth the trip. Liz, Rancho La Venta

Wanted to let you know that Palapas Ventana Restaurant is open to the public for breakfast and lunch every day. Our hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Sat., and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Of course, our internet is also open during these hours.

Here are the great menu items you can choose from for Breakfast and/or Lunch.

Breakfast:
Bunos Dias Bagel - Egg, Bacon, Cheese, Roasted Onions with Special Chipotle Sauce, served on a Toasted Bagel.
Morning Delight - Fresh Fruit with Granola and Yogurt.
"Spoil Me Pancakes" - Homemade pancakes with fresh fruit.

Lunch:
Palapas Bagel - Warm Turkey, Melted Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion and Thousand Island Dressing on a Toasted Bagel.
