Hi,.. the site http://www.lapaz.gob.mx/predial1/ now appears to be working. This morning I was able to save and print the OXXO statement which allows you or a friend to pay it at an Oxxo tienda. Here's how: 1. First select your type of property (choose Urbanos,Suburbanos,Rusticos or Especiales) 2. Now for the Clave Catastral - from the little dropdown which says 101, choose the first 3 numbers of your Clave. Example: if you've selected the type 'Rusticos', the first 3 numbers to select will be 104. 3. Now enter the rest of your Clave in the next two spaces (no blanks or hyphens). 4. Then click on Consultar. In a few longish moments, a summary should appear. 5. At the bottom of this summary, click on the OXXO logo. In a few more longish moments your OXXO statement should appear. It's in Pdf format so you can both print it and save to your computer. It does appear that the government activates this site only from mid-November on. . ---
