Left side of street, there is an outside staircase just to the left of the store. Small sign on glass entry door. AMAZING selection, good prices. Sauces, seasonings, condiments, noodles, rices, sweets, frozen wonton/eggroll wraps, frozen shumai, teas, sakes, such fun to shop if you are into Asian ingredients.
