Noche Ejercicio

Our program Noche Ejercicio at the Telesecundaria in El Sargento around from the baseball field is back in action every Tuesday and Friday 4:30 to 6+. If you would like to set a good example and get some great exercise too our Par Course is open for everyone free of charge. After working out on the Par Course we usually play volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball or frisbee. Also on Saturdays at 11 we work there at the Science and Art Park either preparing bones for reconstruction of the skeletons or in the garden which is overwhelmingly over run with weeds since the rains then we head for the beach for snorkeling and fun.
